With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, he is a certified Real Estate Auction Consultant specializing in marketing residential and commercial development projects. Presently, Warren is representing renewable energy companies in securing the purchase or lease of land for energy projects. These projects are in Hawaii, Asia and Central America.

Warren also has a history as a marketing professional. He worked for Franklin Covey (Franklin Institute) Hawaii as a Marketing Manager conducting Time Management and Personal Productivity seminars. The Utah Jazz chose Warren Lim as its Hawaii Pacific Director. While with the Jazz, Warren developed sports camps and clinics emphasizing the importance of education and staying drug free. Former Utah Jazz players include Mark Eaton, Adrian Dantley, Jeff Malone, Walter Bond, Thuryl Bailey.

Warren Lim is a Kamehameha School graduate and enjoys surfing, tennis & golf. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have 5 children: Azita, Paulina (Polly), Monica, Edward (Eddie) and Ryan.
