Doug Davis is the Principal Broker and co-founder of Doug Davis Realty, Inc. Doug has over $250 million in sales in just the past 10 years, which put him in the elite top 5% tier in the Oahu sales.* A twenty year veteran in the Oahu real estate market has given Mr. Davis an outstanding reputation for listing only sellable properties at the right price. Originally licensed with Mike McCormack Realtors in 1981, Doug helped bring the Coldwell Banker franchise to Hawaii with Coldwell Banker McCormack. With the departure of McCormack, Doug left to help build Premier Realty 2000, Inc. in 1999. Important transactions of note include:

Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, Doug is a true “kama’aina”. As graduate of the prestigious Punahou School in Honolulu and with University training on the mainland, Mr. Davis knows the intricacies of the ever changing laws and customs of the beautiful Island state. Brokers and managers from competing company’s state wide often call Doug for his opinion and expert advice on encroachment, zoning and sub-division law. Every appraiser on Oahu knows Doug by name because of the constant calls they have to make to him to verify his recent sales to use in their appraisal Business.

Doug is a class II canoe steersman and has competed in canoe racing as a member of the world famous Outrigger Canoe Club. He usually surfs at least 10 hours a week, runs, scuba dives and is an avid reader, all after raising twins who are off to school on the East Coast.
